Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will

Who Needs a Living Will?

Everyone should have a Living Will (also known as an Advanced Directive in other states). It allows you to make end-of-life choices, such as whether you would or would not like to have artificially administered food and fluids if you are in an irreversible coma. By making these decisions yourself, you save your family members or friends the heartache of making these decisions without your input.
